1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how Unpromptable (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use the AI Readiness Diagnostic and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Information you provide: your name, email address, and the answers you submit to the diagnostic.
  • Generated content: the personalized readiness report and any follow-up conversations you have with our AI assistant.
  • Usage data: standard web analytics such as pages visited, referrer, device type, and approximate location derived from IP address.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Generate and deliver your personalized readiness report.
  • Send the report and follow-up communications to the email address you provided.
  • Improve the Service, including prompt quality, scoring accuracy, and user experience.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect against misuse.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Service (for example, hosting, email delivery, analytics, and AI model providers), and only to the extent necessary for them to perform their role. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies and local/session storage to operate the diagnostic (for example, to remember your answers between pages). We may also use privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect the Service’s functionality.

6. Data Retention

We retain your diagnostic responses and generated report for as long as needed to provide the Service and for a reasonable period afterward for analytics, improvement, and legal compliance. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 8).

7. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 11.

9. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
