AI Ethics Statement
Effective April 2026
1. Our Commitment
Unpromptable (“we,” “us,” or “our”) helps businesses adopt AI well. That responsibility starts with how we use AI ourselves. This statement describes the principles and practices that guide how the AI Readiness Diagnostic and related services (the “Service”) are built and operated.
2. How AI Is Involved
Parts of the Service use large language models to generate your personalized report and to power the follow-up chat assistant. Your answers are sent to third-party model providers to produce these outputs. The scoring methodology, report structure, and guidance framework are designed by humans.
3. Transparency
We will be clear about where AI is used. Anywhere the Service generates text automatically, we aim to make it obvious that the output came from a model. We do not pass AI-generated analysis off as human judgment.
4. Limitations and Bias
AI models can be wrong, inconsistent, and reflect biases present in their training data. The report and chat outputs are useful starting points, not authoritative verdicts. We recommend treating them as one input among several when making real business decisions, and we encourage you to check anything important against your own knowledge and outside advisors.
5. Human Oversight
The scoring logic, question design, and recommendation framework are reviewed and maintained by humans. We monitor outputs for quality and adjust prompts, guardrails, and methodology when we find issues.
6. Data and Model Training
We do not sell your information. We do not use your diagnostic responses to train our own models. Our model providers process your inputs under their own terms of service; where possible we select providers and configurations that do not use customer inputs for model training. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.
7. Safety and Misuse
We design prompts and interfaces to steer the Service toward helpful, grounded responses and away from harmful content. Automated systems can still be manipulated or fail in unexpected ways. If you encounter an output that appears unsafe, incorrect, or offensive, please report it so we can address it.
8. Environmental Awareness
Running AI models uses energy. We try to keep the Service efficient by using appropriately sized models, caching results where safe to do so, and avoiding unnecessary generation.
9. Accountability
We are responsible for how our Service behaves. If something goes wrong, we take the feedback seriously and update the Service. This statement is a living document and will evolve as the technology, our practices, and our understanding change.
